Terms and Conditions
Please note that by booking FS The Space you contractually agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed and will be liable for any charges incurred during your event.
An account hold of $400 is in place during the time of your event, you must provide a current credit or debit card this hold is taken 24-48hrs prior to your event and is refundable after inspection of The Space.
Unfortunately we don't accept 18th's or Bucks Night bookings

FS The space takes no accountability for any injuries sustained during events in or outside the property due to misconduct.

If police or authorities are called your event will be shut down immediately and it is your responsibility as the event host to ensure that the issues are remedied.

A $120 Cleaning Fee is applicable for food & beverage consumable events, this is a direct cost for cleaners to attend on a weekend and evening. This is not negotiable.
Cleaning and Reset Fee is applicable for weekday events this cost varies depending on event type.
Due to Strata Regulations we are unable to take more then 2 large black bin bags of rubbish per event. These are provided. The cost of an extra communal bin removal is $350 and this charge will be passed onto the event holder.
Heavily soiled linens and or hire items including chairs will also incur charges ranging from $20 to replacement of items.
If you are under the age of 18 we require a legal guardian to complete the booking.

Cancellation of booking will incur a $70 administration fee to cover staffing costs.
